I wrote my module and tested it, etc, then packaged it up for deployment.

To test, I cleaned it off my computer then used my new install package. It seems to install correctly, but it never shows up on the page, nor does it show any errors. I have been trying everything I can to get it to show up, but to no avail.  I didn't change the code, so it must be some magic setting somewhere.

I created a new module using the kit and it showed up right away, but it would be a lot of work to bring the code over to the new module from the one I developed and tested.

Does anyone know what it is I am missing? I would appreciate any tips or suggestions.

thanks in advance

No. I figure the resolution is to get a real copy of Visual Studio 2005.

I don't seem to be able to debug the module in place with Visual Studio Express. Most articles that propose resolutions to most of my questions end up saying somewhere in the copy 'this is not supported in Visual Studio Express'...

I am also new to DNN, and new to the 2.0 Framework, so I am currently taking time to get up to speed with the 2.0 framework.
