I have upgraded to 4.3.5 and I installed FCKeditor.  When I go to edit any module with an editor on it, I get the following error.

I got this fixed.  For some reason, \controls\texteditor.ascx did not overwrite the old file when I upgraded.

Review your installation steps. It seems like a missing file. Be sure you copied the .dll file into your /bin folder.
