Otherwise EVERYTHING else is a success.  All the modules seem to be ok, but in the HOST section - These host modules throw the same type of error:  PORTALS- Export Template, File Manager, and the Log View Times out)

(this is for the Export Template)
Error: Export Template is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: D:\websites\dnn-test-replace\www.DotNetNuke.com\Admin\Portal\Template.ascx.vb(176): error BC30560: 'ZipOutputStream' is ambiguous in the namespace 'ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.Zip'. ---> System.Web.HttpCompileException: D:\websites\dnn-test-replace\www.DotNetNuke.com\\Admin\Portal\Template.ascx.vb(176): error BC30560: 'ZipOutputStream' is ambiguous in the namespace 'ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.Zip'. at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.PostProcessFoundBuildResult(BuildResult result, Boolean keyFromVPP, VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetBuildResultFromCacheInternal(String cacheKey, Boolean keyFromVPP, VirtualPath virtualPath, Int64 hashCode) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultFromCacheInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultWithNoAssert(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(String virtualPath) at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin.InjectModule(Control objPane, ModuleInfo objModule, PortalSettings PortalSettings) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I've read this post which states you can't upgrade from 3.x to 4.x, but the last post a user DID successfully upgrade.  That and the first error occurs while upgrading to 3.2.3.

Any ideas or suggestions?  Please help!
