Hi all - Well, I finally made the plunge and am working on my first skin.  Nothing spectacular - moved some tokens around, added a decent gradient - things that more or less customize my personal site.  I am using a tutorial from DNN Creative and have a question.

What is the difference between using the "Upload Skin" link from the Admin and Host pages and using the www.website_name/install.aspx?mode=InstallResources to install your skin.  I am asking because I had a small problem install my test skin on my development installation - it would display itself when I logged in as Host but when I logged out it went back to what it was before.  I u;sed the "Upload Skin" link and thought it might be the problem - I also cleared the cache to make sure it was not the problem.
