That sounds like what I am experiencing.  :(

Just as an FYI, I have noticed only recently (within the last few weeks or so) that this "flaky" behavior has stopped.  The DNN web site appears to be very responsive for me again at home AND at work.  Yeah!

[EDIT]And just to prove me wrong...  The web site took FOREVER to post this reply.  Hahaha![/EDIT]
