Hi there,

I am new to DNN and absolutely love it. I was developing a new skin for my site and during testing I did something stupid.

I added "User Account" Module on the Home Page and now all it shows is the Manage Profile Module on the Home page, doesn't show my custom defined panes or lets me add any other modules to that page and neither does this module has the solpartactions button so I can move it or delete it from that page.

PLEASE HELP!

Thanks in advance

Ok I was able to fix this by creating a new home page and deleting the one that I had botched up

But I notice that I did get a single response for my query, I guess this may have been either the dumbest question asked... lol... or the toughest one that no one has experienced... (also implying that what I did was dumb... lol)

Anyway I have solved this problem and have posted another one... and will apreciate if some one can help me...

I've had the same problem days ago, and the only way I found to resolve it, is to remove the entries of that module directly in the database... but be careful, there are two with similar names, User Account and User Accounts... cannot recall which one belongs to that module, but look at the ID, should be the last one you added.  Hope it helps.

I did this also, however, i just created a new homepage and deleted the screwed up one.  You have to make sure you point to your new homepage or it won't let you delete the old one, can't remember where this setting is though.
