You can use the editor inside any .ascx or aspx, you just need to include it by adding the following line to your aspx or ascx file

<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="TextEditor" Src="~/controls/TextEditor.ascx"%>

once you have added it, you must instantiate it inside your ascx or aspx file

<dnn:texteditor id="teContent" runat="server" height="400" width="660"></dnn:texteditor>

switch to code and the verify that you have the following line (if not, you will have to add it to your .vb file)

Protected WithEvents teContent As UI.UserControls.TextEditor

then you will be allowed to manage the editor by referring to its variable name.
