I just installed the RAD Editor and now I suddenly can't get logged into my site using any account.  I keep getting the "Login Failed, remember that Passwords are case sensitive" error.  When I attempt to have the password mailed to me, I get this error: "There was an error retrieving your password. No password was sent.".  Uninstalling the RAD Editor doesn't seem to solve the problem either.  Any input is appreciated.

Sometimes when you make adjustments to DNN it tends to lock out everyone, perhaps for security? : )

Have you tried checking the aspnet_membership table and making sure IsLocked = 0 ?

I actually have the same issue. Howver, I think I know how I caused my problem. I uncommented this line in the web.config file just playing around:

<httpModules>
      <!-- add name="Authentication" type="DotNetNuke.HttpModules.AuthenticationModule, DotNetNuke.HttpModules.Authentication" /-->

Now, when I try to login, it fails now matter what account I used. Even when I have re-commented this line. What am I missing?
