Thanks

I really need to install new modules, is this a bug that will be repaired soon? I am at the point of re-evaluating DNN as a viable platform. Please assist with this and find a way to implement working site backup, Thanks.

I checked the permissions when another user posted a solution to module install problems and they seem to be correct. My old modules installed and are working properly, it is only the new module versions that fail. Are there other settings changes required for the upgrade to 4.3.5 that were not required for previous versions?

I went through again and upgraded permissions. Upgrading the bin directory allowed the resources to upgrade successfully. I was able to export the site template finally, seems to have been a permissions problem also. I now have new errors when trying to install the forum module and I guess any of the new modules, the 3.20 versions have not appeared even though the resource update was successful. Here is the new error minus the numerous sql errors:

ExceptionSystem.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'D:\inetpub\vhosts\underridenetwork.org\httpdocs\web.config' is denied. at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.FileStream.Init(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, Int32 rights, Boolean useRights, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES secAttrs, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy) at System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize) at System.IO.File.OpenFile(String path, FileAccess access, SafeFileHandle& handle) at System.IO.File.SetLastWriteTimeUtc(String path, DateTime lastWriteTimeUtc) at System.IO.File.SetLastWriteTime(String path, DateTime lastWriteTime) at DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.Config.Touch() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstaller_V3.UpgradeModule(DesktopModuleInfo ModuleInfo) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.RegisterModules(PaFolder Folder, ArrayList Modules, ArrayList Controls) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.Install(PaFolderCollection folders) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.Install()
