Hello.

I'm trying to start of on the right foot,  and i'm not sure what capabilities are available vs what i need, with regards to exisiting modules etc.

I need to be able to create some queries that wil luse varies new tables for data, and depending on the userID of the logged in user display appropriate information,  but i dont just want a grid that displays the data from the tables,  i need to beable to have things like totals and make it so it looks right andperhaps is printable or exportable to a excel spreadsheet or suchlike.

I dont particularly need the ability to have a DNN interface for building these reports, they can be hard coded.

Has anyone hit this scenario before or got some advice on what i'm best to do, or any example stater modules i could work on to give me what im looking for?

Thanks for taking the tiem to read this.

Cheers

Rich.
