I can not get DNN to install.  I am using the source version of 4.3.5.  I followed the instructions and after requesting the site in IE I get an error saying Could not connecto database and then a missing proc message - Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.GetPortals'.  Not sure why the error states it could not connect to the database since it connected and created a versions table and three procs.  Is there a way to manually run the scripts?  I've tried the install 3 times now with no success.  I see several people out there are havng the same issue but I don't see any responses.  Thanks.
