I was wondering what the current status of the DotNetNuke Gallery module was.  I have been using the gallery module for some time and really like the possibilities of it, but have been rather disappointed with all of the bugs that keep stopping me from using it in a production environment.  Does anyone know if the Gallery module is still being worked on, what is the status of it, does the team need help working on it?

I decided to roll up my sleeves and work on some of the issues.  So far I have converted it to .Net 2.0, fixed the download images issue, fixed the stylesheets not drawing the screen correctly, along with a number of other bugs that I ran across while working on it.

I would be happy to share my fixes for other to use, but I don't want to be creating another branch of the module.  I especially wouldn’t want to create another set of code if these issues had already been fixed in the latest development code.

PS.  I am relatively new to DNN, this is my first module that I have worked on, but I have been doing .Net development since the early Beta 1.0's of .Net, and doing Microsoft development for about 11 years, so this is all easy for me.
