I have a custom module I've developed that has two controls defined.  First control is the default page that opens up and when the page is submitted the page is redirected using Response.Redirect() to the second page by adding ".../ctl/..." in the url.  This works fine but I've run into a problem I can't seem to figure out.

Both pages are designed by inheriting the PortalModuleBase and nothing else is different but only the first page shows the admin menus in the upper-left hand corner (one that shows Print, Settings, Delete, etc.)  with full options whereas the second redirected page only shows "Help" menu option.  How can I get the second page to show the full range of admin-menu options?  Anyone want to explain why this is happening?  TIA.
