Hi, I'm new so sorry if this question has been asked many times before!...

Can I run dotnetnuke from my laptop, develop the site locally and then make it live on my providers servers?

If so, what do i need to do to achieve that?

Thanks.
Dan

Depends on what you mean by "develop".  If you are going to just install DNN then nothing.......if you are going to modify code then Visual Studio or one of the Express programs which you can find by clicking here

Thanks Shadow

Yes I mean, I want to just build a site from my laptop, as currently I don't have internet access at home.  The when I'm ready upload it to a webserver.

So after downloading DNN I can just install on my pc?  From the source file will it install like a standard windows program?  I can't seem to find the install guide...

Again, sorry for any dence questions...

Dan
