I'm running DNN 4.3.5.

When I try to send a Newsletter to people in a Role that I created, they do not receive the email. However, people in the Registered Users role always do.

In Admin > Newsletter, I check the User Roles "Official Teams 2006" and I added a few people in there. When I click send mail, the status says "Mail Sent".

I receive a Bulk Email Confirmation that says it was sent to a number of email. But I never receive it in the email account.

Sometimes it does work for other roles but majority of times it doesn't.

Does anyone have ideas?

Thanks!
Quang.
