I like the fact that DNN label supports 508 but why I can't understand why it doesn't have an attribute for the CSS class name. So how am I supposed to apply styles without having things like <TD> around it?

Include the dnn label control into the <p> tag with your css-class.

<

p Class="mycssclass">

<dnn:label id="xx" runat="server" />

</p>

Also i have some problems with Language effecting my skins. For example some skins work good with English culture. But some skins doesnt allow me to insert a module to anypane with Host/admin permissions when Turkish culture used.
The list dropdown comes up but icant select any item from there.

Regarding support for CSSClass on the DNN label I also agree this should be added. I'll add a new request for enhancement on this.

On the issue with Turkish culture, maybe this is because DNN is not case sensitive and Turkish requires it. I've seen some posts about similar issues. The problem is we cannot at this point support case sensitive databases without breaking a lot of things. The way DNN and a lot of modules work, with the use of our support classes (like CBO) will produce breaking changes if we had to support case sensitive databases. Well, this is not much related to the initial issue but I thought it was worth an explanation here.
