I'd like to layout some needs for this INTERNAL Office Management System and Tech Support Issue Ticket System and maybe you all can tell me how DNN will fit my needs.  I need to put this together pretty quickly and I've already installed Visual Studio Express and DNN to get started.  Which template would best suit my needs for customization and expansion.

1.  Customer base of 20,000 records...5000 active, 15,000 inactive franchisee's.  Need to be able to quickly search records based on name, branch and/or route number.

2.  Issue ticket system with the ability for 10 users to simultaneously search, open and log tickets and file them for follow up, call back or closed tickets.  Potential of hundreds of thousand of logs generated over the course of the years.

These are my main requirements.  My goal over the next few weeks is to develop the customer database and search functions and display methods.  Hope you can give me some idea of how DNN would best suit my needs.

I'm not sure of any specific module but I do know that http://www.activemodules.com has a ticketing system and http://www.onyaktech.com has something similar.

I hope this gets you started and gives you some direction.
