I'm running DNN 4.3.5.

I'm skinning a site and want an image as the background. I have the background="background.gif" in the body tag. First question is, is the body tag supported? I can't seem to get it working. Has anyone successfully gotten an image to display as the background?

Secondly, how do I remove the (DNN 4.3.5) that shows up on the title bar of my browser?

Thank you.

While I have your attention, can anyone help me change the copyright text? I can't seem to change it either in the CSS or HTML file...

Thanks.

Yes I use the body tag to put in fixed backgrounds - so it does work.  Perhaps you have another class that is interfering with it - eg.. pagemaster - if you are using the standard skin to model from, will by deafult be set to 100% width which will hide the body class.

Your other answer - go to host / settings and turn off *custom credits* It also turns off the dotnentuke link as well if that skinobject is in the skin.

The copyright text is in the Admin | Site Settings page. Expand the Advanced Settings, then expand the Other Settings options.

Did you ever find a solution to this?

Thank you!
