4.3.5  i have changed the web.config file to allow for larger file uploads but they keep failing for various reasons.  Most of the time it just kicks out a time out error.  Some times it gives me screen can not be displayed.

maxRequestLength="300192" requestLengthDiskThreshold="300192"/>

In the <httpRuntime> node of your web.config you will also need to increase value of the "executionTimeout" attribute.  For uploading audio files (6 to 8MB) to the repository module I'm using:

executionTimeout="300"

Here is a great article that everyone dealing with Large HTTP File uploads on Windows should read - http://www.microsoft.com/technet/community/columns/insider/iisi1205.mspx. See IIS HTTP GET and Post Limits.

I ran into a problem where URLScan was set for the default MaxAllowedContentLength which is 30MB. Either my hosting company, or some Lockdown tool (Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer?) must have set this up for me.
