After receiving several errors during install, I realized that the xxx_install.zip files from the \Install\Module folder didn't upload. I have now gone back and uploaded those .zip files. Is there a way to reinstall that part of the new install without dumping the database and starting over?

you can install a module manually by using "upload module" in host::module definitions menu item or by placing them in /install/modules folder and running "/install/install.aspx?mode=installResources"

But first you should find the reason for the failed installation.
