Please let me know.

My module have multi-language data in the underling data structure, I need to judge the select language in order to choose what content to display.

Is there any method to get the user selected language in the code behind?

thank you!

This gets the System culture, it will not work if you have changed the language and are calling web services (IWeb, IWebLite). Is there another way to select the value in DNN set by the user by clicking on a language flag?

language selected by the user in language skin object is stored temporarily in cookie and memory during the session. In your web service, you may provide access to preferred language for the user and fall back to portal default language from portal settings.
