Hello,

I am just new using dotnetnuke and I happen to find the announcement module very useful.  I already saw the tokens and knew that they could be used to edit things.

The [PUBLISHDATE] token displays in this version, something like Saturday, November 2, 2006

Where can I find the file which contains a way to change it to 02/11/2006?  I am currently stumped at the moment as to where that file is.

Thanks,
Benson

I am also looking at editing the format of the [PublishDate] does anyone know where you need to change this?

At the moment this is hardcoded in the module. You would need vs2003 to change that. The next version of the module will have a more advanced template system which allows for passing formats in the template as well...
