I have installed a skin that I like.  However, it doesn't keep the defined panes on pages that I didn't create on my site.  Pages such as the login screen, registration screen.  Also, on my Event page that I added and put the Event module on then when I click the event to get the detail the panes are missing.  So, none of the modules are loading.  Any way to persist the skin panes over pages that you didn't add?

I have that skin assigned in admin and host.  I really don't know what to do from here.  Any way to force the skin on any page that is rendered on the site?

I have the skin defined on the host and the portal.  The skin shows on all pages even the ones I didn't create like the login page and registration page.  However, the skin panes do not show when I am logged in as admin so every module I have defined in those panes do not show.

This is the same form my evert page with an event module defined on the page.  However when I click an event and it goes to the event detail page(some page defined by the module) the panes are missing.

What is missing from the skin that would make the panes show on all pages even the ones I didn't create like the login, register and event detail?

in both, portal and host settings there are additional skin settings for admin pages, you need to set these to your skin as well.
