Hi,

I am trying to schedule a task that should run every 60 seconds with 4.03.05. The task item will run maybe 2 times and then stop. When I continuously update a page, then the schedule will run (almost) as ordered.

I thought this would relate to the fact that the host is unoading my application. But checking with the log viewer I can see that the application is only being unloaded (Log Type "Application Shutting Down") when the site is idle about four hours.

So do schedule items actually require traffic to run? I thought they would run in individual threads, triggered by timers.

TIA for any hint, regards

Tim

Check under Host Settings in the advanced section. There is a place to change the scheduler to a timer.
