I am wondering if someone can assist me with Security Roles.

Our A/D groups are Nested as such  Main/Groups/SubGroup/GroupA

When I create the Security Role in DNN should the role be a Global Role, a New Role Group, and then how should it be named? Should it just be GroupA, or should it be Main/Groups/SubGroup/GroupA?

I think I've tried a few different ways, and still can't get the A/D Group info to pass and put the user into Role.

Can anyone help me with this?

By default, if the user is already in the DNN database they won't be added to any group that's added afterward. I'm not sure if this is maybe what you're running into or not. That said you should only need to add the group name (GroupA) to the DNN Security Role. I haven't done much research into the new Roles but I've been putting all of mine under the Global Roles. If you want role synching to work everytime take a look at the DNNAD Fix (http://www.getyourowntots.com/Projects/DNNProjects/DNNADFix/Download/tabid/99/Default.aspx)

The users I'm added aren't in DNN at first. I also have deleted the users from DNN and tried again with the same results.

Hmm.. I have it set with GroupA, and am now using the latest DNNAD fix, but still having the same issues.
I'm not really sure where the problem is...
