I just installed 4.03.05.  What's odd is that everything seemed to be installing well, it automatically brought up the install/upgrade page and everything was sucessful.  Then I clicked "continue" and it went to that home page.  At that point, I clicked "Login" and the request just hung forever.  Now any request I make to the site just hangs and I'm not sure how to debug it.

I found this in the event log.  Can anyone help me.
