I Placed the SIGNIN control on my page like this:

<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="SIGNIN" Src="~/Admin/Security/Signin.ascx" %>
...
<div runat="server" id="ContentPane"><dnn:SIGNIN runat="server" id="dnnSIGNIN" /></div>


And get the folowwing error when I'm logged in:

Could Not Load Skin: /Portals/2/Skins/xxx/xxx_content_4.ascx Error: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: format

What am I doing wrong?

I get this error in multiple dnn installs, does this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks!

exactly the same problem?

i was assuming there needs to be a variable called format with some value but i cant find anything anywhere.

e.g i thought the following might work but to no avail  :(

<dnn:SIGNIN runat="server" id="dnnSIGNIN" format="en-US" />

some more details ...

this only occurs on my custom skin when I log in as host (i think it is triggered by the control panel).  When I switch back to a default dnn skin, the error message doesn't display.

I will keep investigating and post again if I find the cause.
