i have DNN 4.0.2 on our production web server with Windows Server 2003 and SQL Server 2005 and IIS 6.  We "went live" in July 2006.

I know I am doing this a little backward, but I was just given a test box.  I would like to get the site on to the test box so I can do a test run on upgrading to 4.3.5.  Right now, the box is completely clean... just Windows 2003 Server on it (no SQL Server or anything).  Does anyone have time to give me some steps as to how to get our live site duplicated on the test box?  The only difference between the two environments will be that the test box is an old machine so will likely run slower (hopefully there is at least enough room on there to do this).

Thanks in advance for any advice/help anyone can provide!  I am not typically the person that does the server/backup/IIS/stuff.  I usually just do the dev/software side of things, so this is all stressing my out!
