I'm sorry - I had to read this a few times - I hope we're talking the same lingo here but I'll give it a try -

You want to add a page to your site - but you want it hidden.. eg.. you can access it via links you add manually.

This is how I do *hidden pages* First - I don't hide it - I know I want to have it hidden but while I'm working on it, if i flick to other pages, it's quite annoying to have to go and find it again..  When I've put in all the content, then I click - *settings* and you'll see an option to "hide" it.  That's what you do when you want the page to be there, but not visible.   To locate the page, if you've not got links prepared, you go to Admin / Pages and you will see a box that shows all the pages within your website.  You can do one of two things - You can choose to *edit* the page settings, or you can *view* the page.  And then you can work on it again.
