We're looking to maybe hire on a short term contract (8 hours?) an expert DNN skinner.  The current project is proving to be beyond my skill set, and at this point it would be faster and cheaper to hire someone who really knows what they are doing.  I've got most of the skin done, but I"m having a devil of a time with SolPartMenue.  If you know alot about creating custom DNN skins and know how to make SolPatMenue dance to any tune, call me 320-257-7100 or send me an emai: caseyc at intellisoftmn.com.

Thanks,

Casey

You might like to know that I am about to release a website that has several drop and go SolpartMenu code snippets, various menu options and ready to skin structures - but the menus in particular have taken me quite some time to get right - and the code includes the graphics, the css, the solpart menu code and has been tested in several browsers.  We also have some nice css based menus that are search engine friendly.

I agree with you in reference to the menus, so what I had to do when training my staff was to provide easier to do menus to help finish jobs.

I am currently doing the  information and package details (takes ages i tell you) but you can email me directly for the link to view what I am talking about, or wait for a short time - hopefully later tonight when I announce it.

This is in partnership with two other experts - one being John Mitchell - core team developer and Armand Datema (nokiko) a true visionary with some very cool skills, including tableless skinning.

This is designed for skinners, developers and newcomers who don't have time and I am very excited about this as it gives us a collaboration of talent that is well respected and quite knowledgeable too.

Hi Nina,

Thank you for the reply to my post on the DNN Skinning forum.  As much as I would like to purchase and download one of your pre-made skins, I’m dealing with a very custom design which will match the client’s entire marketing program.

But, I would like to hire your firm to finish the job, if you would be open to that.  Please take a look at: dev.norfire.com. Also, Let me know if you would be interested and able to help me out.

Anyone else,

I really do need some help here!  If ANYONE thinks they can help me with this skin and wants to earn some fast cash, please email me or respond here.

Thanks! Casey

This skin is pretty much complete - you really only need to have some tweaks to the solpart menu that include heights set in the css class and some active classes applied to the ascx file.

In this instance you can send me the file and I will look at it.
