I am using ttt authentication with 3.1.1 and it is working fine.  I have recently added a child portal that is using information from the same AD.

It seems as though with some users (not all) including myself as administrator - the child portal does not recognise me and add to database but works fine on main portal.

Users will be or could be the same for both child and main portal

Any ideas

Thankyou
Peter Milliner

Hi,

I am actualy having a similar issue but not exactly.

I have two portals,

1.   the root which is a public web site (should not use AD)
2.   the first portal which is a company intranet that should use AD

I can not figure out how I can make the first site accept DNN login's and the Intranet accept AD logins. At this stage my best answer is a complete second instance of DNN (which will get messy).

Could I suggest that if it's not possible that it becomes a feature in the next version that each portal can select authentication method required in order to better facilitate a full portal module.

If it is possilbe (even with a little code) could someone give me some idea what needs to be done.

Thanks,

Driper
