I hope this is the correct forum for this question/issue.  Sorry if it isn't.

I am working on a custom module that uses the dnn label.  I have found that some of my users on the portal are missing label text and help that is extracted from local resource files.  I have also found it is not limited to dnn labels.  I have code that references the local resource files for image locations, and these don't work for certain roles either.   I am using DNN version 4.3.4.  All the development has been done on VS 2005 using the starter kit.

I reviewed my log viewer and saw no messages.  I also searched the online forums and found nothing.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
