Hello,
I want to make a subscription to  a newsletter and have only those in the security group newsletter that I created get the newsletter.  I have it set up now so that the visitor has to be a member, then click their display name and then click the member services link to subscribe to the news letter.  Kind of a long way of getting it done.

I need a simple form where someone can submit thier email address in one field on a form.  Also a how would I make a unsubscribe option.  Meanwhile using the news letter security role I created to send out the news letter.

Thanks

Here is a different approach - make all registered users a member of your Newsletter group by default.  Then to unsubscribe themselves they could simply go into their profiles and click Manage Services (in 4.3.5 anyway) to remove themselves from the group.
