Yes. IE is all I use. Everytime I click the magnifying glass to get a forum name, after hitting go, I get the  Server error in '/Dnn' Application.

Cory,

What DNN version and what Forum module version are you using?

The forum version 3.20.08 requires DNN 3.3.5/4.3.5

DNN is version 4.0.2

I can't find where the Forum version is shown When I go to Host/Module Definitions, under Forum is says

The core forum module for DotNetNuke 3.x.

Everything else in teh Forum works great. It's been online for 6 months. I'm just haveing the problem with setting the Mods.  Thanks so much Crispy for your help. I'm hoping I can get this fixed!!!

The API changed between DNN Core 4.02 and 4.3.x, that is why the module had to target a certain version or later. This would interfere with several areas including email notification.
