I am running DNN 3.3.5 and started getting the error below when I try to upload files. Thanks for any help you can provide.

A critical error has occurred.
Invalid postback or callback argument. Event validation is enabled using <pages enableEventValidation="true"/> in configuration or <%@ Page EnableEventValidation="true" %> in a page. For security purposes, this feature verifies that arguments to postback or callback events originate from the server control that originally rendered them. If the data is valid and expected, use the ClientScriptManager.RegisterForEventValidation method in order to register the postback or callback data for validation.

I recently moved this install from WH4L to my dedicated server. This is the first error I have really noticed since the migration over the weekend. Well, actually I have seen this error when trying to upload a file with the same name as an existing file using the Site Settings Upload File tool.

An Error Has Occurred When Attempting To Save The File C:\HostingSpaces\sacphost\sacphost.com\wwwroot\Portals\0\SACP_Host_Logo.jpg. Please Contact Your Hosting Provider To Ensure The Appropriate Security Settings Have Been Enabled On The Server.

I get the same error:

on my server, all I have to do is click on the Upload button, I know I can EnableEventValidation="false" and it will work but I don't want to be less secure

When I migrated from WH4L to my own server it was setup to use .NET 2.0 framework. DNN 3 is supposed to run on .NET 2.0, but there are all kinds of issues. So I dropped all my DNN 3 installs back to .NET 1.1 and pretty much all the issues I was having went away. Which framework are you using?
