DotNetNuke 4.3.6

Where are the Tooltips stored?  I look in Language Localization, but I cannot find them there.  I am looking specifically to find the Password Retrieval Tooltip.  I would like to alter that Tooltip for a portal installation where users are NOT using their email address as their User Name.  The default Password Retrieval Tooltip is very confusing for these users:

Enter your User name here. In most cases this will be your email address.

all popup texts are stored as .help keys in resource files. the one you are looking for should be in /admin/security/app_localresources/login.ascx.resx

I see a login.ascx.resc file in \admin\Skins\App_LocalResources, but inside that file, the Password Retrieval Tooltip does not exist.

I also see a Signin.ascx.resx in the path you mention (\Admin\Security\App_LocalResources), but inside that file the Password Retrieval Tooltip does not exist either.

Thank you for getting me closer, but it's not in either file mentioned above. Any other ideas on where to find the Password Retrieval Tooltip source in 4.3.6?

\Admin\Security\App_LocalResources\SendPassword.ascx.resx

... is the resource file where the Password Retrieval Tooltip resides, assigned to the <data name="plUsername.Help"> object.

Thanks, Sebastian, for introducing me to the home of DotNetNuke Tooltips.

I wondered if anyone (in this thread) knew where the Tooltips are stored for Register? I cannot seem to find them in the resource files. I had made a post about this some time ago, but still no solution:
