Thanks for reply,

It's not the firewall. We do have firewall but the port number is opened. My other website runs on a weird port. I have below links One of them work, DotnetNuke doesn't?

http://test.dotnetweb.co.uk:8052/EspAdmin  This one works

http://test.dotnetweb.co.uk:8055/DotNetNuke  Doesn't work

Baring in mind that I can go to errorPage.aspx by http://test.dotnetweb.co.uk:8055/DotnetNuke/ErrorPage.aspx

But the Default.aspx doesn't work. but I can go to Default.aspx by local IP address on the same server.

Many thanks

Behnam

OK, this looks like a problem with DNN as the rest of the site seems to work. Can you please show us what you have in the portal alias table? Please show all entries.

The other thing I can think of is authentication. What do you have enabled on Default.aspx?

I have two records in PortalAlias

PortalAliasID, PortalID, HTTPAlias

1 , 0 , 10.0.0.20:8055/DotNetNuke

3 , 0 , test.dotnetweb.co.uk:8055/DotNetNuke

I have not touched default.aspx and whatever is the default setting. Can you let me know if I need to do anything on that when I finish the installation?

Please help as this getting  really important

Regards

Behnam

Could someone please explain this complete process to make it work for the upgrade from 4.3.5 to 4.3.6. Please remember that I am a complete Nubee at this. I would greatly appreciate the help!!

If God does not live in Colorado, I bet he visits there a lot!!
