tried installing the starter kit in Web developer express - doesnt seem to be able to install I get

 

Installation stopped because the directory for the ProjectType value did not exist.  The project type is invalid for your installation of Visual Studio.

 

Anything I can do!

Make sure that you UNCHECK the box for the item labeleld "Compiled Modules..." that shows up in the list when you launch the .vsi Installer.  VWD 2005 Express will not support this.  Only full blown Visual Studio 2005 will allow this item to install.  If you remove it, you will not get that error message and the other templates should be installed into VWD 2005.  Hope this helps.
