The site wizard was removed from the control panel and has since been replaced w/ the roles manager link. The code for the site manager is still part of the core but it is not exposed in anyway at this time. I believe the Site Wizard needs some attention before it were to be exposed again. I am not sure if this is the 'official core' stance on the matter, but I know that it was be design not to show it.

Where is this logged in Gemini or noted in release notes?

This kind of change should NEVER be made without being in the logs. I also would say it should wait until the next major release and not happen for a stabalization release. Maybe a bit of discussion with the coummunity as well. What do those of use who were using the wizard do now? I'm guessing there is a way to replace it, can you give us some insight there?

This is along the same lines as removing the expiration date from the announcement module. Seems harmless enough at the time, but both of these have created a huge issue and tons of work for us.

I was able to run the site wizard calling the URL directly. For me it was:

http://www.yourdomain.com/DNNRoot/Host/Portals/tabid/51/portalid/0/Default.aspx

Change the tabid in case you get different pages. For me  on two installation it was 51.
