I'm having no luck localizing my PrivateMembership.txt. I am able to change the text in the admin language editor /local resources/admin/app_localresources/security/register.acsx, but the text does not change. What am I missing here, I've successfully localized other items.

I am not having any luck making this file work either HELP. Oh it used to be so easy to change but now it's located in Admin>>Languages  \admin\Security\App_LocalResources\Register.ascx.resx
This file changes the text Note: This Membership is... and other admin changes for register.
When the file is changed DNN makes a new file called Register.ascx.Portals-0.resx which only contains the changed text. I have also tried changing the host file as well, same results.
Anybody know?

Thanks, yes the email (global apps) works great even the local signin.ascx. located in the same security folder works great and changes immediately it's only the register that doesn't work.
