Hi,

I have a website with DNN 3.1.1.
with the stylesheet editor I changed the color of the menu items in the menu bar and the titel of the containers.
I added "color: #"colornumber"" after .MainMenu_MenuItem and .Head like this.

.MainMenu_MenuItem {color: #000040;
}
.Head   {color: #000040;
}

Now I want to change the color of the menu arrows.
I added "color: #"colornumber"" after

.MainMenu_MenuArrow {colornumber: #000040;
}

.MainMenu_RootMenuArrow {colornumber: #000040;
}

This is not working !
Please, somebody can help me out with this ?

With regards, Ton Hermes

It’s disheartening to see that your perfectly valid question has been IGNORED for so long. I was looking for the same answer today and tried the same techniques you tried. It was only after wading through several posts about the arrows (that had nothing to do with changing color) that I discovered that these arrows are actually gifs. I assumed that they were webdings by looking in the CSS file.

You can find these gifs in the image folder of your DNN installation. Breadcrumb.gif appears in the main menu to the left of the current page. Menu_down.gif appears next to any page in the main menu that has a sub menu (child pages). Menu_right.gif appears in the sub menu if any of the child pages have a sub menu.

I changed the color of these in Photoshop but any graphic program should work.

Bear in mind that these are ‘default’ gifs. If you have multiple portals in your DNN installation, any changes you make to them will appear in all portals.
