I have previosly installed my DNN 4.0.03 version provided by my ISP (DataPacket), and was working on setting up one of my sites using DNN, but today, after encountering errors in using the site (I could not get to a LOGIN screen no matter what), I decided to do re-install fresh of DNN 4.0.03.  Basicaly, I ran the unistall DNN function of my ISP, removed the DB connection, and deleted the files under WWWroot where they were before.  No errors.

Then I re-installed DNN, recreated the DB etc, and on first launch of my URL, the DNN seems to install without error, except this error (and I can not get past it).  I have tried the uninstall-install process multiple times, but the same error keeps happening.  Any suggestion on bext steps to try?  Needless to say I am a DNN newbie.
