Hi

Can I assume that there is still no way for the user to generate themselves a new password if they forget their own and the password is hashed?

It is unfortunately a bit confusing for the user if the password is hashed because they get all the same options for password retrieval but they jsut don't work.

I know this doesn’t answer you question, but perhaps bringing it back to the top of the list will encourage someone “in the know” to respond.  I have the same problem and it’s quite frustrating.

As far as I know, this is still a problem.

I wasn't able to get it working through configuration options anyway.

You might want to add in your specfic scenario to gemini as a bug.  http://support.dotnetnuke.com
