This is the exact same problem I had on a hosted site, and now it is happening on our Intranet.

I have a W2K Server (SP4, all packs & patches) running DNN 3.3.5. The site is using a built-in skin, with no third-party modules.  The server name is "pawsdc_II". DNN is installed as the default site.

When I connect to http://pawsdc_ii on the machine or from elsewhere on our network, and try to login as Admin or Host, I get a screen refresh and nothing else. If I am on the machine, and connect to http://localhost/, I CAN log in as Admin/Host.

I have tried opening security wide open, checked DNS, and restarted both IIS and the machine.

There are two portal aliases set: pawsdc_ii and localhost.

Any ideas why I cannot login as Admin/Host to http://pawsdc_ii, but I can to localhost?
