I have a few questions about the settings under host (Host > Advanced Settings > Other)...

  1. Module Caching Method - what is the difference between memory & disk? Which one is better?
  2. Performance Setting- Should that be set to heavy caching for the best performance? How long does it take before the heavy cache is cleared /reset?
  3. Authenticated Cacheability - what should this be set to? What is the difference between no cache, public, private, server, server and no cache, & server and private?
  4. Scheduler Mode: - disabled, timer, or request? Which one is better?

Thank you for your help.
