I need to delete a "tab" - one of the modules I added to my website - but the drop down menu with the settings, delete... all of the functionality is completely gone and I'm left with a dud tab with errors.  How can I get rid of this if the tab's menu is gone, even when I log in as admin.

When I added this module to my site it duplicated it... so I have to "EA Blogs", when I only created one.  Then I tried to add another "NewBlog" to see if I just did something incorrectly the first time around, it also duplicated and gave me the same error.

I don't even need a Blog, I just wanted to see how it worked and now I can't get rid of it.  Any suggestions?
