Our site is showing some interesting problems.

First, When logged in as admin or host, I go to Admin-->Site Settings.  I click on the plus sign next to Advanced Settings.  Once it opens, the page refreshed and the section gets closed again.  I can't see any settings or even make changes.  Anyone have any ideas on this one?

Second, I go to that same site and login.  Everything looks good (except for the above problem).  but if I go to a URL to a child portal, I can't login.  Main Portal is http://relacontechnology.biz.  Child portal is http://learn2salsa.net.  I can login at http://relacontechnology.biz and http://relacontechnology.biz/learn2salsa but not http://learn2salsa.net.  Anyone have some Ideas on this one?

Thanks for any assistance.
Jason B.
