My site went live this morning and despite successful testing last week, today users cannot register. After completing the registration form, clicking the Register link to submit, they are returned to the home page where this Critical Error message is displayed:
"Multiple controls with the same ID 'icoaddress' were found. FindControl requires that controls have unique IDs."

Registration does not succeed and no record is created in the User Accounts.

Can anyone shed light on this condition?
