Is this how all these other site are doing it? Just adding custom fields? It seems more like either a custom module that everyone is using, or something already built into DNN that I just haven't figured out. In other words, of the 10 or so sites I've recently joined, they ALL have the same fields, the same layout, etc. Probably the most notable field is the Country dropdown that when it changes, the Province/State drop down changes too.

These registration pages seem too identical to be something built from scratch each time. It seems like either the same module being used, or some flag that's flipped in DNN to set the value...
