Hello,

Please help me out!! I am tring to change the registration page. I put break points on all UserController.UpdateUser instances within the DNN project but cannot hit a break point after clicking the register link. Where can I intercept the new register data before it gets updated to sql? I have read Charles Nurse's blogs...Charles if you are out there please help! I see the Databind but nowhere does it seem to hit the UpdateUser? I am using 4.3 the latest download version.

Thanks so much!!

In 3.3 i did this in the ManageUser.ascx and User.ascx controls resides in admin/Users/ folder provided by the DNN. Also make sure that you have enabled the debug mode in the web.config. Try this, hope this will solve your problem.

Thanks, I have all that set as you indicate and I am able to get a hydrated/filled UserInfo class reference from within the ManageUsers cmdRegister_Click event handler routine...but that is not the issue here. The issue is I can't find where the ~/admin/Users/User.ascx textbox values are being used to hydrate/fill the UserInfo class after the postback (after I select the 'register' link). I know it is happening somewhere between the end of the ManageUsers Page_Load and the beginning of  the ManageUsers cmdRegister_Click event handler...but where and how?? It must be an event possibly within the Skin controls that is triggering this?? Any help on this would be of great assistance.

Thanks again!

BTW...  The reason I need to know the above is that I need to update my companies existing central database with the info provided by the DNN user. I also have the signin.ascx cloned in order to have a simple SSO solution to capture DNN logins and update the central database. I am very new to DNN so I could imagine I am absolutely going about this all wrong??

Thanks again!
